1. What we offer
The Site promotes the free "Design It. List It. Sell It." learning program and provides a free eBook. The course itself is hosted by a third-party platform (Udemy) and is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for third-party platforms, marketplaces or print providers mentioned on the Site.
2. Free offers
The eBook is provided free of charge. Free course access, coupons or promotions made available through third parties may be limited in time or quantity and may be withdrawn or changed by that third party without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to submit your information through the Site.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Site unlawfully or to submit false, misleading or another person's information;
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, probe or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
- Do not reproduce, resell or distribute the eBook or Site content without our written permission.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and the eBook, is owned by or licensed to Savant Marketing Agency and protected by Canadian copyright and trademark laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to read and use the eBook for your own learning.

You are responsible for your own business decisions, including compliance with copyright, trademark, consumer protection and tax laws (such as GST/HST registration requirements) that apply to you.

9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savant Marketing Agency and its directors, employees and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or eBook. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to CAD $100.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, and our commercial emails follow Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) as described in our Anti-Spam Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your province of residence.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
